When I click on "Take Exam", nothing seems to happen. How can I access my exam?
This is generally an issue with the pop-up blocker setting on your computer. A pop-up is a new screen, or window, that appears when you click on a link. A pop-up blocker is what blocks the new screen, or pop-up, from opening. The pop-up blocker needs to be turned off in order to access the exam. For Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" which is located at the top of your internet screen and then place your mouse on "Pop-up Blocker." If "Turn Off Pop-up Blocker" appears, click on "Turn Off Pop-up Blocker" in order to proceed. If you are using anything other than Internet Explorer, you will need to contact your help desk for further instructions to turn off your pop-up blocker.

NOTE: If you use our online affidavit application and you do not complete the course and/or affidavit within 24 hours of starting the exam, the exam results will be erased.
