If you are interested in insurance or designation credit for your RegEd course, you will need to select the state or designation below and pay close attention to the following information:

• Verify that your state or professional designation board has approved the course you have selected
• Make certain that you complete the exam in the proper testing format according to your state or designation
• Confirm whether a proctor (monitor or witness) prior to beginning your exam
• If you require a proctor, you may also require a state-specific or generic proctor affidavit
