System Maintenance
RegEd will notify clients of maintenance activities according to the chart below. RegEd’s business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET on Business Days (“Business Hours”). Business days are Mondays through Fridays, with the exception of days on which RegEd is closed (“Business Days”). RegEd’s standard maintenance windows are subject to change and are currently Wednesday 10:00 p.m. through Thursday 2:00 a.m. ET; Friday 10:00 p.m. through Saturday 2:00 a.m. ET; and Saturday 10:00 p.m. through Sunday 2:00 a.m. ET (“Maintenance Windows”).

| Emergency outages during non-Business Hours | RegEd will notify impacted clients via a banner placed on the RegEd Support Center as soon as the outage timeframe is determined, and will make commercially reasonable efforts to give notice prior to the outage. |
