What is my account / user name?
Your account or user name is a unique id created by you or your firm to allow access to your program. We typically recommend using your email address. You may have received a program launch notification e-mail from your compliance department providing you with this information if you did not create your own user name. If you are unable to locate this notice, please contact your compliance department. If you created your username, please contact our Customer Service team at info@reged.com.

What is my password?

  • For the Industry Training Platform, click here to reset your password.
  • For CEAuthority, click here to reset your password.
  • For Xchange, click here and select “User ID/Password Help” to reset your password.
  • For all other sites, click here to reset your password.

What is my company code for logging in?
Company codes vary for each client. You may have received a program launch notification e-mail from your compliance department including all pertinent login information. If you are unable to locate this notice, please contact our Customer Service team at info@reged.com.

Why are my User Name and Company Code not being saved? 
If you select the option to save your User Name and Company Code, the browser relies on cookies to save these options. If your browser settings have turned off the ability to save cookies, your User Name and Company Code will not be saved. If your computer is managed by your organization’s IT, please check with your organization’s IT for further assistance. Also, please note that these settings are machine and browser dependent and need to be selected for every browser and computer you may use to access the RegEd application.
