Celent, a leading research and consulting firm, has awarded RegEd the 2019 XCelent Customer Base Award for its market-leading Enterprise Licensing and Registration solution, Xchange. The findings were published in the Celent Distribution Management System Vendors – North America report.
The XCelent Awards aim to assist financial institutions and technology providers in staying well-informed on industry trends by providing in-depth research and evaluation of the vendor marketplace and recognizing providers who excel in a set of defined categories. Celent uses extensive criteria in their methodology for assigning awards, including comprehensive analysis of the technology, client interviews and user feedback. RegEd’s Xchange was recognized with the Customer Base award, which is given to the leading solution in the market based on the widest adoption among the industry’s largest firms.
RegEd has been named a “CFP Board CE Quality Partner” after successfully meeting criteria established by Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. (CFP Board).
As a CE Quality Partner, RegEd has demonstrated a commitment to developing continuing education (“CE”) programs that meet a high set of standards outlined by CFP Board. To achieve and maintain status as a CE Quality Partner, RegEd agreed to have a random number of self-study and live programs reviewed against a rigorous evaluation rubric developed by CFP Board’s Council on Education. RegEd is now one of only nine CE Sponsors listed on CFP Board’s website as a CE Quality Partner, and is authorized to identify itself as such on its program materials.

Margaret Bragg, RegEd Senior Vice President of Sales, was elected to the SILA Foundation Board as the new Compliance Trustee. As Compliance Trustee, Bragg will help ensure that the Foundation complies with its rules and bylaws. The foundation is the charitable arm of the Securities & Insurance Licensing Association (SILA).
Susan Boles, RegEd Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst, was elected to the SILA Foundation Board of Trustees as the new Scholarships & Grants Trustee Member. As the new Scholarships & Grants Trustee Member, Susan will oversee all of the scholarship programs and grants that SILA issues.
Brandi Brown, RegEd Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, is Co-Chair of the SILA Education and Training Subgroup (SETS). The SILA Education and Training Subgroup (SETS) provides a forum for SILA Members to address issues related to Education and Training Requirements for Producers, Adjusters, and Registered Representatives. Brandi also holds SILA’s Bruce Saenger Education Award, which is presented to an individual who demonstrates a passion for insurance and/or securities related education topics including pre-licensing/pre-registration, continuing education, and professional development.
Margie Webber, RegEd Director of Regulatory Compliance BD/IA, serves as Governance Chair on SILA’s Board of Directors and moderates a SSIS NASAA Engagement Task Force. Margie has also been the recipient of several SILA awards, including SILA’s Above & Beyond Recognition, Special Achievement Award, and Robert C. Kennedy Appreciation Award.
Kaitlyn Small, RegEd Regulatory Specialist, is a Steering Committee Member of the SILA Adjuster Licensing Subgroup (SALS).
