The findings were published in the Celent Distribution Management System Vendors – North America report. SILA Margaret Bragg, RegEd Senior Vice President of Sales, was elected to the SILA Foundation Board as the new Compliance Trustee. As Compliance Trustee, Bragg will help ensure that the Foundation complies with its rules and bylaws. The foundation is the charitable arm of the Securities & Insurance Licensing Association (SILA). Susan Boles, RegEd Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst, was elected to the SILA Foundation Board of Trustees as the new Scholarships & Grants Trustee Member. As the new Scholarships & Grants Trustee Member, Susan will oversee all of the scholarship programs and grants that SILA issues. Brandi Brown, RegEd Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, is Co-Chair of the SILA Education and Training Subgroup (SETS). The SILA Education and Training Subgroup (SETS) provides a forum for SILA Members to address issues related to Education and Training Requirements for Producers, Adjusters, and Registered Representatives. Brandi also holds SILA’s Bruce Saenger Education Award, which is presented to an individual who demonstrates a passion for insurance and/or securities related education topics including pre-licensing/pre-registration, continuing education, and professional development. Margie Webber, RegEd Director of Regulatory Compliance BD/IA, serves as Governance Chair on SILA’s Board of Directors and moderates a SSIS NASAA Engagement Task Force. Margie has also been the recipient of several SILA awards, including SILA’s Above & Beyond Recognition, Special Achievement Award, and Robert C. Kennedy Appreciation Award. Kaitlyn Small, RegEd Regulatory Compliance Manager, is Chair of the SILA Adjuster Licensing Subgroup (SALS) steering committee. Kaitlyn was awarded the 2022 SILA Robert Kennedy Appreciation Award, which acknowledges dedication in continuous volunteer service to SILA, in addition to the advancement of the SILA objectives and principles.
