RegEd Education Specialists will use our CourseTrax system to simplify and streamline the management of your live CE program, while ensuring your compliance with all state DOI regulatory requirements. Our team will handle the "paperwork" from start to finish. We manage all the details from state and professional designation providerships, to completion of scheduling requirements, and provision of course completion certificates. RegEd's dedicated team will handle:
- Obtaining and maintaining providerships with state Departments of Insurance and professional designation boards
- Obtaining and maintaining state DOI approvals for both live classroom instructors and courses
- Satisfaction of all mandated scheduling requirements including required state notifications
- RegEd monitors all class cancellations and changes and manages required notifications
- When a class is complete, RegEd receives all class attendance rosters and provides required notifications to the states
- RegEd issues certificates of completion to all students who have completed a course using our E-certs program. When a certificate is ready, an email notice is sent to the agent who can download the certificate at their convenience
- RegEd also handles all customer service calls regarding courses, course credits and certificates
