CE Central
CE Central simplifies management of producer compliance with state CE requirements. CE Central marries licenses held, in user profiles, with jurisdictional requirements to create a single view of each producer's requirements.
An individual producer can:
- View state-specific CE requirements
- Ascertain the number of outstanding credits - credits are continuously recalculated based on courses completed and credits earned
- View courses available by state
- Select and register for courses from a course menu
- View timely CE alerts/messages from their CE administrator
- Receive email reminders on CE compliance status
- Rate courses, provide feedback for the CE administrator, CE providers and other producers at the firm.
Using CE Central, a CE Administrator can:
- View status of all producers
- View state-specific CE requirements
- Approve courses selected by the producers
- Enroll producers in courses and notify them electronically
- Automatically generate custom email notifications to designated recipients based upon specific events. For example, send reminders on a predetermined cycle (e.g., 90, 60 and 30-day intervals).
- Post important online messages directly into the producer's view of CE Central.
CE Central can directly interface with many CE providers for automatic collection of course completion information. Users can also directly enter self-study, conference and seminar credits. CE Central can be private labeled and integrated as another service on your firm's producer services web site.
