RegEd to Showcase AI-Powered Advertising Review Innovations at the 2026 FINRA Advertising Regulation Conference

Attendees can visit Kiosk #5 to explore technology designed to accelerate advertising review, improve consistency and strengthen compliance oversight

RegEd, a leading provider of compliance technology solutions to the financial services industry, today announced that it will exhibit at the 2026 FINRA Advertising Regulation Conference, taking place October 15–16 in Washington, D.C.

The conference brings together communications compliance and marketing professionals for discussions of new rules, regulatory priorities, effective practices and emerging technologies. Attendees will also have opportunities to participate in advertising review workshops, attend technology demonstrations and engage with industry peers and FINRA Advertising Regulation Department staff.

RegEd will be onsite to demonstrate the latest enhancements to its AI-Powered Advertising Review solution, including AI Compliance PreCheck, powered by Eddie, RegEd’s AI Compliance Assistant. Built directly into the Advertising Review workflow, PreCheck evaluates broker-dealer and investment adviser materials against FINRA Rule 2210 and the SEC Marketing Rule while content is still in draft. It identifies potentially problematic language and disclosure gaps, highlights the specific text in question and provides suggested revisions with applicable rule references before materials enter formal compliance review.

“Financial services firms are managing growing volumes of communications across an increasingly complex mix of channels,” said Ethan Floyd, Chief Product Officer at RegEd. “RegEd combines AI, automation and configurable workflows to help compliance teams reduce manual effort, accelerate review cycles and provide the oversight needed to support compliant communications at scale.”

RegEd’s Enterprise Advertising Review solution has surpassed 8 million submissions, representing more than 15 million review decisions and nearly 17 million submitted review items. The milestone reflects the scale at which firms rely on the solution to manage advertising and marketing compliance

Conference attendees can meet with the RegEd team to learn how its Advertising Review capabilities can help organizations:

  • Apply AI-powered compliance checks to advertising materials before submission
  • Support requirements associated with FINRA Rule 2210 and the SEC Marketing Rule
  • Reduce rework by identifying potential issues earlier in the process
  • Improve consistency across reviewers, business units and communication types
  • Streamline submission, routing, review and approval workflows

RegEd representatives will be available throughout the conference at Kiosk #5 to provide demonstrations and discuss firms’ advertising compliance priorities.
