The webinar provided attendees with insight into select NAIC working groups, including the Market Conduct Examination Standards Working Group and the evolution of the Market Regulation Handbook. The discussion included the Market Actions Working Group and their review and analysis of market regulation issues of national impact. In addition, the webinar focused on the Market Conduct Annual Statement (MCAS) as a catalyst for market conduct examinations.
